We are looking for a Spare Parts Warehouse Specialist to join our growing team—someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and record the inbound and outbound processes of spare parts in the warehouse.
Regularly check stock levels and inform relevant departments for reordering of depleted parts.
Perform quality, quantity, and documentation checks on incoming parts.
Maintain warehouse organization, ensure proper labeling and placement of parts.
Conduct periodic inventory counts and report the results.
Prepare material shipments and ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
Use warehouse management systems (ERP, WMS, etc.) to keep records up to date.
Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, and logistics teams when necessary.
Qualifications
Preferably experienced in logistics, warehouse management, or related fields.
Proficient in warehouse management systems and MS Office applications.
Team-oriented, detail-focused, and well-organized.
Preferably experienced in spare parts management in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Residing / can reside in the Anatolian side of Istanbul and around Gebze,
