SD 2 - Software Engineer - Angular Application Development

We have an aggressive plan to double our current strength of 60 in the current year.

We are looking for Angular developers responsible for developing client side/frontend applications. Primary focus will be to implement high performance, responsive user interfaces based on professionally created design for desktop web applications.

Responsibilities

• Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components

• Writing non-blocking code and resorting to advanced techniques such as multi-threading, when needed

• Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS

• Interacting with the back-end developer in the process of integrating the RESTful API

• Writing unit tests using automated TDD tasks

• Delivering a complete front end application

• Ensuring high responsiveness on mobile and desktop

• Documenting the code inline using JSDoc or other conventions

Mandatory Skills

• Strong knowledge of Angular. Specifically, best practices and commonly used modules based on work experience

• Good knowledge of NodeJS

• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3

• Excellent problem solving abilities. Very good HackerRank/HackerEarth score will be a plus

• Professional, precise communication skills

• Working knowledge of Git

Optional Skills

• Familiarity with agile practices like scrum, stories, iteration

• Knowledge of working with cloud environments such as  AWS

• Knowledge of DevOps tools & practices

Educational Qualification and Experience

• B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech in Computer science/Information science/Information Technology

• 3 years of hands-on experience in Angular 2 and above
