Key Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize growth objectives aligned with business goals

• Identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks impacting performance

• Test and optimize acquisition and conversion tactics across channels

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis

• Propose and experiment with new initiatives to attract and convert leads

• Translate ideas into actionable growth experiments

• Analyze performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices

Profile & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or strong interest in these areas)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a growth, marketing, or lead generation role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, dynamic, and self-motivated mindset

• Excellent English skills (written and spoken) is mandatory

• French is a plus

• Strong interest in sales and business growth

• Comfortable using AI tools for experimentation, campaign optimization, lead targeting, analytics, automation, and productivity enhancement
