Location: Gwinnett Institute Lilburn Campus

Gwinnett is seeking a motivated and student-focused Admissions Representative to guide prospective students in making informed decisions about their education. This full-time role involves conducting career planning sessions, addressing student concerns, and supporting the enrollment process while adhering to the highest ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct career planning sessions and present program options.

Assist prospective students with enrollment decisions and paperwork.

Collaborate with financial services to address financial concerns.

Provide ongoing support to enrolled students to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications:

Completion of Career Training/Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or must be working towards or have relevant experience at a minimum)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Customer service, consultation or recruiting experience

Attention to detail, sense of urgency and passion for making a difference in the lives of others

Able to work independently, yet within a strong team environment

Able to work a flexible schedule
