Description
Stakeholder Engagement & Portfolio Awareness Engage with business stakeholders to discuss and promote the Talent Development (TD) portfolio. Demonstrate a strong understanding of TD offerings and initiatives. Support the development of high-potential employees by assisting in the planning and execution of program events and activities at the Ahmedabad site. Collaborate with the TD lead to coordinate talent reviews and ensure completion of Individual Development Plans (IDPs). Assist in organizing TD events, including scheduling, communications, and logistics. Design and distribute newsletters to promote site-wide TD initiatives. Coordinate with facilities team to training room set up, IT set up, internal & external. Take on other training and development tasks as assigned during the course of the assignment. A postgraduate qualification or certification in HR or Talent Development is a plus. 3-5 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Talent Management roles. Prior experience in organizing employee development programs or onboarding initiatives is highly desirable. Good presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to confidently lead orientation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings. Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Proven ability to manage multiple events and programs simultaneously, with attention to detail and strong time management. Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across functions and levels. Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR systems or dashboards. Experience with data reporting and visualization tools is a plus.
