CMME is an established, directly authorized mortgage brokerage firm based in Hampshire. We have been trading successfully since 2004 and are one of the largest mortgage brokerages in the UK. CMME became a part of the OneDome Group in 2023. OneDome Group owns two property listing websites; Onedome.com and Nethouseprices.com, as well as a wealth manager.
As a Mortgage Advisor you will liase with clients and lenders for a variety of markets and require a good level of knowledge of the mortgage market and process from application through to offer and completion. You should be able to offer a high level of client care and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Role Responsibilities:
- To provide a quality, compliant and efficient mortgage advice service to clients.
- Establishing strong relationships with clients and identifying and contacting potential clients.
- Gathering sufficient client information and identify client needs.
- Analyse information gathered and undertake sufficient research to make suitable recommendations.
- Ensure a seamless process of the mortgage application, completing all supporting documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensuring that the level of service is delivered in a timely manner.
- Attaining and maintaining competent status as defined by the FCA and the firm and comply with the Compliance and Training & Competence Schemes/Procedures of the firm as well as the requirements of the FCA.
- Maintaining performance standards in accordance with those outlined in the Key Performance Indicators section of the firm’s Training & Competence scheme.
