About the Role:
We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent systems that solve complex real-world problems. You will work on a broad range of AI technologies—including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end AI solutions, from data processing to model deployment.

• Work on diverse AI domains including NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and decision intelligence.

• Lead model experimentation, optimization, and evaluation using advanced techniques.

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI into applications.

• Stay updated with the latest AI research and translate cutting-edge advancements into production-grade tools.

• Ensure ethical and responsible AI use, including bias detection and explainability.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI system architecture and strategy.

Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, including large-scale model deployment.

• Strong knowledge of Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and ML libraries.

• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools.

• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering practices.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with generative AI, reinforcement learning, or multimodal systems.

• Published research or open-source contributions in AI-related fields.

• Experience building AI products in sectors like healthcare, finance, retail, or robotics.
