Mist製品の日本国内でのサポート・チームの立ち上げ
【職務内容】
- お客様の環境に導入された製品に関わる技術的な問い合わせ(障害、QA等)への対応
- Labo を用いた再現環境の構築及び検証
- Technical Document並びにBug Data Baseの精査
- Knowledge Baseの作成、校正、更新
- ジュニア・レベル・エンジニアへの教育指導
- 社内トレーニングへの参加
【必須な経験と知識】
- IT業界において3年以上の顧客サポートの経験
- Networking(OSI 7 Layerのうち特にLayer2及びLayer3)の基礎知識
- コミュニケーションスキル
- プレゼンテーションスキル
【その他(Want条件)】
- Cisco Systems社認定試験CCNAに相当する知識
- 新しい事へ積極的に取り組む姿勢
- ルールを念頭に置きつつ自ら考え行動に移せる能力
- 新しいテクノロジー、ソリューションを積極的に学ぼうとする姿勢
