Required Skills and Experience:

10+ years of experience crafting and implementing strategic technology roadmaps, including enterprise cloud solutions, custom application delivery, and low-code/no-code platforms.

10+ years of experience aligning technology initiatives with Agile principles and practices to support organizational priorities.

Extensive experience optimizing systems for scalability, reliability, and performance.

Proven track record of collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.

Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale, complex projects that drive measurable business impact.

10+ years of experience managing technology programs to meet budget, compliance, and performance objectives.

Experience supporting and guiding large teams (100+ members), and overseeing complex Agile portfolios with multiple Agile Release Trains.

Advanced certifications and specialized training, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Expert, Certified Network Professional, and certifications in relational databases like Oracle and PostgreSQL.
