Role Overview

We are looking for a Programmatic Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing programmatic campaigns, focusing on data-driven decisions and efficient media budget allocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage programmatic campaigns across DSP platforms
• Monitor and optimize KPIs (CPM, CPA, ROAS)
• Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams
• Analyze and report campaign performance
• Continuously improve performance through data insights

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in programmatic advertising
• Hands-on experience with DSPs (e.g. DV360 or similar)
• Strong understanding of bidding strategies and media buying
• Analytical mindset with attention to performance metrics
• Experience in performance-driven environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience in iGaming or high-traffic digital brands
• Knowledge of attribution models
• Cross-channel campaign experience
