Job Title: Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Essex County, NJ (in-center services)

Schedule: Part-time and full-time opportunities available

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Role Description:

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental delays. RBTs deliver 1:1 services in-home, school, or community settings under the direct supervision of a BCBA.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy based on treatment plans provided by the BCBA

Collect accurate and detailed data on client behavior and progress

Submit session notes and documentation promptly after each session

Participate in ongoing training

Communicate effectively and regularly with supervisors, clinical team and families

Follow all safety protocols, HIPAA guidelines and company policies

Attend trainings as scheduled

Qualifications:

Active RBT certification with the BACB/Desire to obtain RBT certification

At least 6 months ABA experience (preferred)

Comfortable working with children

CPR/First Aid, background check clearance

Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
