About the Role
Delivery and implementation of the strategies on Quality Recruitment, Leader Development, Activation, and Productivity for Agency Sales in support of Next Gen Agency.- Leads Activation and Productivity activities by ensuring execution of programs for Agency Migration in his/her respective region.
- Drives leader development strategies in assigned areas such as promotion of new internal leaders, recruitment of external leaders, and promoting a culture of leader development within the assigned agencies
- Responsible for end-to-end implementation of quality recruitment activities through a collaborative partnership with Agency Leaders to drive agency expansion and growth
- Ensures end to end execution of agency management and governance in his/her respective region.
- Supporting the Zone Head in planning and implementing the company’s goals, targets and objectives
- Development and implementation of adequate sales tools, materials and events to support agency in enhancing profitable sales and activities.
- Building and maintenance of a strong relationship with all stakeholders internally and externally.
- Performing tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time
