Cloudelligent is looking for competitive candidates for the position of Business Development Associate. As a Business Development Associate, you will report to the Director, Business Development. You will work with the team to drive business development at Cloudelligent and help prospects and clients harness the power of the cloud.

Job Timings: 8am-5pm Central Time (US), Work from Office

Responsibilities
An ideal Business Development Associate would have a research based, targeted approach when it comes to developing new business. You’ll work as part of a larger team primarily in five (5) distinct but interdependent functions:
- Identifying accounts and generating new leads across various industries and market segments.
- Mapping of leads onto multiple service offerings.
- Maintaining a healthy blend of industry verticals, market segments and services offered within the sales pipeline to meet the assigned quarterly targets and quotas.
- Implementing the multifaceted outbound approach to ensure a consistent conversion rate.
- Maintaining/growing relationship with existing customers.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, from a reputable institution is required.
- An individual with 1+ years of relevant experience in a technology firm would be preferred.
- Command over verbal and written English language is compulsory.
- An understanding of the corporate norms and professional communication skills are mandatory.
- Analytical and logical reasoning is a key element of the job therefore a mandatory requirement.
- Should have the ability to quantify performance based on prescribed metrices.
- This is a customer-facing role that necessitates regular interaction with diverse clients or customers.
- An ideal candidate would be energetic, outgoing, passionate to excel with a positive attitude and possess effective teamwork skills.
