Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing System Equipment Operator to join our team at a small manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the manufacturing automated system, ensuring its smooth operation, and conducting quality control sample tests to maintain product specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient and smooth production processes.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and minimize downtime.
- Perform quality control sample tests at specified intervals to ensure products meet defined specifications.
- Document and record production data, equipment readings, and quality control results accurately.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolution.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement and maintain quality control procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an equipment operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical proficiency or able to learn operating and monitoring manufacturing systems.
- Understand the quality control procedures and conduct sample tests.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address issues in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording data and test results.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to following safety protocols.
