Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) – Urgent Hiring
We are urgently hiring experienced Behavioral Health Technicians to support clients in a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support clients with treatment plans
- Monitor and document client behavior and participation
- Assist during crisis situations using de-escalation techniques
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Follow HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines
- Assist with medication administration as directed and within scope
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 21+ years old
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Current BLS & First Aid Certification
Pay: $17.00/hour
