Job title:
We are seeking a Production Engineering Intern to join our team. The Production Engineering Intern will work alongside experienced engineers to support our production operations and contribute to ongoing improvement projects.

Your role:

  • Assist with the design and implementation of production processes.
  • Conduct process optimization experiments to improve quality, efficiency, and yield.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support cost reduction projects.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations on project progress and results.
  • Adhere to company safety standards and promote a culture of safety.

You're the right fit if:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, D3 or D4 in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Robotic or Information Engineering
  • Eager to learn of Industry 4.0 technologies and their applications in manufacturing and production environments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized



How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
