Key Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Lead the implementation of World Vision's Operations model in Nicaragua, aligned with the Global Strategy, local, national, and regional trends, consolidating the organization as a preferred partner in the country and the Central American sub-region, focused on the tender Protection of Childhood.
Main Responsibilities
- Implement the WV operations model (delivery model) based on cost-effectiveness analysis and in accordance with national and global strategic institutional guidelines.
- Comply with the sponsorship standards established by the organization.
- Strategically lead and manage internal and external relationships with national, regional, global partners, donors, partners, support offices, as part of ongoing dialogue, organizational development, and accountability.
- Promote actions towards sustainability and evidence of impact.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Humanities, or Social Sciences.
- Master's degree in Social Project Management / Master's degree in Local Development Management / Master's degree in Program and Project Management / Social Policies / Human Rights / Children's Rights.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced English proficiency.
