Responsibilities:

• Leverage data analytics to understand mover and shaker, build data model and solution to provide business recommendations in real time.
• Understand ETL, data processing and data cleansing, data product design and development, agile project management. Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions.
• Implement best practices for effective communication and problem-solving.
• Other data modeling and data mining projects
• Work with internal and external resources on project basis to achieve the above

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or Engineering from accredited universities
• Prefer experience in computer programing, data modeling, data mining, statistical analysis, IT product design
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Data skills including SQL Server SSRS, Python, SAS, Tableau, Data Mining/Modeling.
• Knowledge of programing skills are plus
