Materials planning 
Constraints revision
Risk management & solutions proposals
Open orders management
Conference calls with suppliers
Expedite materials from different locations
Overseas purchasing experience (Europe, Asia and USA)
Invoicing resolution general knowledge

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree

Supply Chain knowledge
Office tools package knowledge, advance Excel
Negotiation skills
Advanced English, fluid speakig.
Problem solving techniques skills
Lean manufacturing knowledge
RP / MRP knowledge, Oracle TMS preferred
