Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the Company’s global IP strategy;
- Lead the IP team to manage the Company’s global IP portfolio;
- Manage IP litigation;
- Optimize IP resources in EMEA; and
- Improve the Company’s trade secret protection program.
Requirement:
- Law degree with STEM undergraduate background. U.S. bar is a must. IP LLM will be a plus.
- 10 years+ law firm or multinational IP working experience; familiar with electronic manufacturing industry;
- A good command of English.
