Opera Software is looking for an ambitious security professional to join the growing Opera Fintech Engineering Team located in Tallinn, Estonia or Gothenburg, Sweden.

Responsibilities
- Organize PCI DSS, PSD2 compliance processes, and perform necessary, periodic actions
- Maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, and access control matrices
- Provide internal security awareness training for all employees
- Provide secure code development trainings for developers
- Coordinate security champions in development teams
- Monitor privacy and data retention requirements
- Maintain a risk matrix and perform regular risk assessments
Preferred background
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience (IT security, compliance, or IT auditing)
- Proven track record of building and/or maintaining a security compliance program
- Good understanding of software development processes, and related security challenges
- Self-motivated, structured, and able to take initiative, as well as being creative and curious
- Autonomous working style, with an eagerness to improve systems, processes, and yourself
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and good communication skills
- CISA or any security assessor certification (ISO 2700x, PCI QSA/ISA) is a plus
