The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for optimizing and improving manufacturing processes, evaluating equipment and technologies, and implementing process changes to drive operational excellence. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, manages projects, and may oversee team members to ensure successful execution of manufacturing initiatives. The Manufacturing Engineer maintains a high level of professionalism and communication while supporting process development, technology integration, and continuous improvement efforts in a dynamic, heavy manufacturing environment.
