About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Supervisor to join our Malbon boutique in Houston, TX. This role is perfect for a leader who thrives on the sales floor, motivates others by example, and creates a customer experience that feels authentic, elevated, and connected to our brand culture.
As a Sales Supervisor, you’ll support the Store Manager in driving results and maintaining operational excellence while leading by presence on the floor. You’ll coach team members, oversee daily functions like inventory and merchandising, and ensure every customer interaction reflects Malbon’s commitment to creativity, inclusivity, and the love of the game.
This is a part-time, in-store leadership role with scheduling inclusive of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
