Training Engineer

Context

This role primarily focuses on internal operations and strategic support activities. The overall workload represents approximately 4–5 months on a part-time basis, delivered flexibly over a four-month period rather than consecutively. The assignment may include one, or at most two, short on-site engagements.

Missions/Main Duties

• Lead the coordination and governance of client training initiatives to ensure successful delivery and alignment with project objectives
• Design and oversee comprehensive training plans and schedules, ensuring timely execution and quality standards
• Monitor training progress and proactively manage follow-ups against agreed milestones
• Identify, appoint, and manage subject-matter experts responsible for training delivery
• Consolidate, review, and validate training materials and presentations prior to deployment
• Act as the primary coordination interface with training experts, ensuring seamless preparation and delivery of client training programs
• Support on-site training execution indirectly, with training delivery conducted by designated experts

Profile/Skills

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience (experience in Metro or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly preferred)
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and program oversight capabilities
• International exposure is a plus; expatriate profiles are welcome
