Job Description & Summary

Risk Management Team provides assistance in the development of standardized methodologies and documentation practices re selected core services, establish co-ordination of external reviews of compliance with existing policies and procedures, which may remove a significant risk management burden to allow clients to focus on their core business operations.

In Admin position level the purpose of the job is to assist Client Serving Staff in, including but not limited to: 

Conduct and co-ordination of internal reviews and checks of compliance with existing policies and procedures, monitor performance of individuals in relation to the completion of their risk management & independence obligations, including follow up actions as appropriate, conduct of independence and relationship checks for prospective new assignments, development and updating of risk management policies and procedures, and provide assistance with regular reporting for leadership.

• Sorting document and filling.
• Ensure completeness of all files.
• Help consultant(s) work on the risk database checking

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) Degree with solid educational background.
• At least 1 year of administrative job experience/in similar role.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to plan filings method and organize documents.
• A self-starter who has good drive/motivation towards assigned tasks.
• Proven ability to adapt to dynamic corporate working pace.
• Ability to deliver good work under pressure (heavy workload or limited time).
• A team player with positive attitude.
• English and Computer Literates.
