Description
Working Location: TUAS
Working hours: Monday to Friday , 7:30am - 5:15pm
Jobscope:
- Attend and follow up to phone / email enquiries
- Coordinating with respective stake holders to answer customers clarifications
- Coordinating with customers on clarifications from stake holders
- Sales coordination works such as sales order processing, customers’ purchase order and necessary documents
- Prepare timely quotations to customers
- Chasing for payment for aged invoices
- Expedite orders for timely delivery
- Provide timely status updates on deliverables to customers
- Arranging & Coordinating with drivers for collection and deliveries of orders
- Arrange deliveries for overseas shipments to customers
- Filing of documents
- Any other ad-hoc task given
Job requirement:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Able to work independently with min supervision
- Good communication skills, English-speaking environment
- A good team-player
Salary Range: $2,100 - $2,200
