As a Recruitment Officer you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our growing technology division. You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires. What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified technical candidates
- Screening and assessing applicants to ensure they meet the required skills and qualifications
- Conducting in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles
- Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintaining an effective applicant tracking system and reporting on recruitment metrics
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in the recruitment industry
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in handling niche, hard-to-fill, and specialized IT roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing high-calibre technical talent
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve recruitment goals
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
