First (Days)Overview:
MJH MJMG in Charlottesville, VA, is looking to hire a Full-time Medical Assistant.
Must be flexible to travel to several offices within the greater Charlottesville area.
The Medical Assistant performs patient care and administrative and clerical related tasks and procedures based on training, education, and competency evaluations, and as delegated by and under the direction/supervision of the Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant (NP/PA), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Education:
- High School Diploma
Certification:
Must acquire one of the following certifications within nine (9) months of hire:
- Registered Medical Assistant,
- Certified Medical Assistant,
- Clinical Certified Medical Assistant
- or Emergency Medical Technician Basic.
- BLS within 90 days of hired
