Role Summary:

To supervise mill operation and be responsible for the Mill Parameters/Targets.

Responsibilities:

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Contact with external parties such as refinery, estate managers & suppliers for matters related to operations.
• Support all continuous improvements initiatives (to drive efficiency).
• Oversee palm oil production, transport of FFB & other products, palm oil milling.
• To ensure flow-down of Company's directions and decisions for operation.
• To maximize efficiency and while minimizing cost for operation of the mill.
• To review and ensure safety measures are planned and practiced at the mill.
• To ensure all statutory requirements are adhered.
• To diligently monitor the everyday FFB grading.
• To Supervise Estate Manager to discharge tasks diligently.
• To provide guidance on Estate Management (harvesting, maintenance, fertilizing, etc.).
• To maximize the yield of the estate while minimizing cost.
• To procure additional FFB from various sources - other Estates, trader - when necessary. Transport & Logistics.
• To coordinate with Logistics/Transportation to schedule the FFB reception for the smooth operation of the mill.
• To complete monthly, Quarterly and half-yearly Reporting. Human Resources & Administration reports and duties.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in the related job field.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
