Job requirements

Senior Specialist - Business Process Review

What can you expect?
•    Manages own queue of work to ensure timely delivery
•    Understands Pensions and will not have defined set of rules and procedures

 

When it comes to de-risking work.
•    Escalates delays appropriately
•    Ensures quality of data provided by taking end – to end responsibility of process delivery.
•    Self learning and will be required to use analytical tools and techniques.

We will count on you for:
•    Contributes to team-based approach in managing customer and stakeholder needs or completing projects.
•    Accountable for individual results only
•    Knowledge of DB pensions
•    Identifying anomalies in member data provided and to generate revenue opportunities

 

Knowledge and Skills:
•    Good communication skills
•    Good Knowledge of Word/Excel
•    Gathers knowledge through on the job training

 

Education:
Graduate (Commerce preferable)
Eligibility: Graduate with 4-6 years of experience
Desirable: Experience in DB Pensions and PMI Qualifications will be added advantage.
