- Maintain an end-to-end accounting process, from transaction identification, journal entries, to the preparation of financial statements.
- Preparing data and supporting schedules for the monthly closing.
- Assisting in financial audit preparation, including providing supporting documents and explanations to auditors.
- Maintaining accurate identification and recording of transactions related to bank account movements.
- Ensuring proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Supporting ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks as requested.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3 years of experience in Accounting (preferably in a group/holding company structure)
Solid understanding of Indonesian accounting standards
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong coordination skills and ability to report regularly to the Holding
Nice to Have:
Basic understanding of taxation (is a plus)
Experience in service or project-based industries
Previous experience as the sole accounting personnel in a small/medium business unit
Familiarity with Odoo, SAP or other ERP systems.
