LiveMe is looking for a Content Marketing and Operation Manager to join its fast-growing US team. The Content & Talent Operations Associate will be responsible for researching, collecting, analyzing and reporting performance and data of existing broadcasters, identifying the right content to be presented on the platform, executing broadcaster / talent / content events, liaising with overseas colleagues and partners, and assisting with as-needed assignments to support the U.S. team.
What you will be doing…
- Develop and publish monthly content operation report to show marketing progress against KPIs, campaign performance and campaign planning status
- Responsible for planning, development and management of content to achieve key goals
- Identify and manage existing and new content creators from different platforms
- Activate content partnership resources and lead influencer content campaigns and activations
- Implement operation strategy for community growth
- Provide inspired leadership for the content team
- Liaise with overseas teams and partners
What we are looking for…
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field is preferred
- Experience in content campaign / marketing and management
- Understanding of content operation and a strategic thinker about strategy
- Solid understanding of financial management and data analytics
- Passionate about livestreaming, social media, and new technologies. Prior experience as a broadcaster preferred
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to interact with broadcasters, colleagues, and business partners in a polished and professional demeanor
- Seamlessly optimize global time zone differences to maximize efficiency and results
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English
