As a Livestream Host, you will be integral in captivating our audience and delivering top-notch content through live broadcasts.
During the 7-day training program, you will have the chance to:
- Gain valuable hands-on experience in hosting live broadcasts.
- Familiarize yourself with our company culture, values, and audience.
- Receive personalized coaching and constructive feedback from our seasoned team members.
- Hone your skills in improvisation, audience interaction, and content delivery.
Furthermore, upon successful completion or passing of the 7-day shadowing period, you will be eligible for advancement to a 1-month training program. This advancement opens up opportunities for commission-based compensation and performance-based incentives (KPI pay).
