Head Chef – Luxury Country House Hotel

We are delighted to be assisting a renowned luxury country house hotel in the picture-perfect village of Broadway. This award-winning property is seeking a Head Chef with proven 3 AA Rosette experience to lead its ambitious kitchen and champion elegant, seasonal British cooking.

You must have a solid 3 AA Rosette background.

• Leading, inspiring and developing a talented brigade, fostering a calm, professional and learning-focused culture
• Curating refined, flavour-led British menus that celebrate seasonal produce from trusted local suppliers and the estate’s own larder
• Upholding 3 Rosette standards across every service while setting the agenda for further accolades
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager and FOH leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience
