- Portfolio data and reconciliation – work with Middle Office, Monitoring and other teams to ensure insured transactions are accurately recorded and that desk records reconcile with relevant internal systems and reporting.
- Documentation and NDAs – support transaction documentation, including review and processing of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), maintenance of approved templates and coordination of policy and transaction documentation with Legal and other stakeholders.
- Transaction economics and analysis – support analysis of insurance pricing and transaction economics, including premium calculations and, with appropriate guidance, RORC, RWA/capital benefit and credit-limit impacts.
- Policy lifecycle support – track key policy requirements and events following execution, including premium payments, renewals, amendments, waivers and other lifecycle actions, coordinating with Middle Office, Monitoring, brokers and insurers as required.
- Insurer and market information – maintain relevant insurer information, including appetite, capacity, ratings, approved limits and market developments, supporting the desk’s ability to respond efficiently to new transactions.
- Process and data improvement – help develop and improve the desk’s processes, reporting, data quality, templates and tools, including identifying opportunities for automation and digitalisation.
- Internal and external coordination – develop effective working relationships across CIB and with brokers and insurers, supporting the timely resolution of transaction, onboarding and operational requirements.
