Job Description

The role is responsible for driving strategic programs, organizational readiness, executive engagement, and operational initiatives that support the CloudOps business. As a trusted partner to the VP of Worldwide CloudOps Software Sales, this individual helps connect teams across CloudOps and adjacent organizations, bringing visibility, alignment, and structure to key priorities and cross-functional initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines business acumen, program leadership, executive communications, and operational discipline to help translate strategy into execution. They thrive in complex, fast-paced environments and are skilled at coordinating stakeholders, managing priorities, and driving follow-through to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Engagement & Strategic Alignment

  • Lead executive engagement programs, leadership forums, customer and partner briefings and strategic planning sessions that advance CloudOps priorities.
  • Partner with GEO, Country, Sales, and Business Unit leaders to align stakeholders, gather market insights, and strengthen execution across the business.

Executive Communications & Business Operations

  • Develop executive presentations, business reviews, strategic narratives, and leadership communications that support decision-making and organizational alignment.
  • Establish and manage operating rhythms, governance processes, and executive reviews to monitor priorities, risks, milestones, and business performance.

Strategic Programs & Execution

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that support CloudOps growth, portfolio adoption, organizational readiness, and business transformation.
  • Track decisions, dependencies, and action plans to ensure accountability, remove execution barriers, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple organizations without direct authority.
  • Experience supporting organizational transformation, readiness, operating model, or business change initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, program management, and governance capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams in a Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Category Management, or Program Leadership capacity.
  • Knowledge of sales planning, go-to-market execution, territory and coverage models, channel strategy, or ecosystem business motions.
  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud, virtualization, cloud management, observability, SaaS, or enterprise software markets.

"The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level.
– United States of America: Annual Salary USD 183,000 - 378,000 in California // 161,000 - 378,000 in New Jersey & Texas
This range reflects the minimum to maximum combined base and target-level sales compensation that would be paid if the hire performs at 100% of their sales plan. Of that on-target pay amount, the mix of base salary and target-level sales compensation is 80%/20%."
