Job Description
Job Summary**
Oversee all operational aspects of a South Coastal branch covering Tamil Nadu and Kerala, including sales, customer service, and team management, to ensure efficient operation and achievement of business objectives.
Job Responsibilities**
* Manage daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Lead and motivate a team of branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
* Monitor financial performance of the branch, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue generation.
* Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
* Implement and enforce security and safety protocols within the branch.
* Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
* Represent the company positively within the local community.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within a medical device or healthcare-related industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a profitable business unit.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in financial management and budget oversight.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence.
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements within the healthcare industry is a plus.
