Caregiver - Weekend Positions
Grand Villa of Englewood is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team for weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Monitor and document residents' conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Foster a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the care environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in caregiving or a related healthcare field preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards residents
- Ability to work weekends, specifically both Saturday and Sunday
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid) are a plus
