Project Manager | Commercial General Contractor

The Role
The Project Manager owns the delivery of one or more commercial construction projects from start to finish. You'll lead risk management, planning, contracting, and day-to-day project oversight, working closely with superintendents and the broader project team to hit quality, safety, schedule, and budget goals.
What You'll Do
- Oversee project financials, owner and subcontractor contracts, scheduling, documentation, and change orders
- Lead weekly OAC meetings and manage relationships with owners, designers, consultants, and trade partners
- Support permitting, project startup, and site logistics planning
- Build the master schedule alongside the superintendent and project team
- Handle subcontractor and supplier buyout, contract negotiation, and procurement
- Manage submittals and RFIs while supporting site safety, quality control, and compliance
- Lead bid package development, estimating, and preconstruction efforts
- Perform constructability reviews, value engineering, life-cycle cost analysis, and site investigations
- Develop GMP amendments and supporting exhibits
- Create and manage project budgets, with regular forecasts and reporting for accounting and leadership
- Track labor productivity and forecast labor needs with the field team
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 5 to 10 years of project management experience in commercial construction strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of construction and contract law, building codes, public works, prevailing wage, and payroll reporting
- Experience across delivery methods, including lump sum, CM/GC, and design-build
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project or P6, Bluebeam, and Procore or Sage
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
