The Role
- Part-time W-2 employment (not 1099)
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
- Work with multiple beauty and skincare brands
- Scheduled at retail locations across your market
- Weekend availability required
What You'll Do
- Drive sales and hit goals for the brands you support
- Train store teams on products and selling strategies
- Host and support in-store brand events
- Keep merchandising sharp and on-brand
- Complete a quick store survey after each shift and stay connected through the Headkount app
You Bring
- 2+ years of beauty freelance, brand or retail experience
- A strong selling and education background
- Experience hosting beauty events
- A confident, professional, team-player attitude
- The drive to work independently
- A working smartphone and comfort with apps and video calls
- Reliable transportation to stores across the market
