About the Role
Medical Hill Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our nursing team on an on-call basis for the AM shift.
As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care and support to our residents while promoting their comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being. You will work closely with the nursing team to ensure residents receive high-quality, individualized care in accordance with their care plans.

Responsibilities
- Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and mobility.
- Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing supervisors.
- Respond to call lights and resident requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Protect resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members.
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification required.
- Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach to care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Flexibility and availability to work on-call AM shifts as needed.
