Drive new business by selling revenue cycle management (RCM) and medical billing services to US healthcare providers. Build relationships with decision-makers, uncover billing and reimbursement challenges, and turn qualified prospects into long-term clients.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect physicians, medical groups, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Qualify prospects based on billing needs, payer mix, practice size, and outsourcing opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls and present tailored RCM solutions.
• Manage the pipeline, close new business, and grow client accounts.
• Work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

What You’ll Need

• Proven B2B sales experience in RCM, medical billing, healthcare BPO, or healthcare services.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare RCM, medical billing, and payer processes.
• Experience prospecting and developing new business.
• Ability to engage healthcare decision-makers and build client relationships.
• A results-driven approach to pipeline development and revenue growth.
