General Job Summary:

New Horizon Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Associate to support our growing Treasury Management function and commercial, institutional, and private banking clients.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build a career in commercial banking and Treasury Management. The Associate will help onboard clients, implement treasury services, resolve client needs, maintain documentation, support risk and control processes, and ensure our bankers and clients receive responsive, high-quality support.

The Treasury Management Associate will work closely with the Director of Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Institutional & Private Banking, Deposit Operations, Technology, Compliance, and other teams across the Bank.

This person should be organized, responsive, curious, comfortable with technology, and willing to jump in and solve problems. We aren't looking for someone who simply moves requests from one inbox to another. We want someone who takes ownership and helps get things done.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Treasury Management onboarding and implementation from request through activation.
• Assist clients with online banking, ACH, wires, positive pay, remote deposit, account services, and other Treasury solutions.
• Gather required documentation, approvals, and implementation information.
• Provide responsive day-to-day support to commercial, institutional, and private banking clients.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Relationship Managers, Operations, vendors, and other internal teams.

Treasury Management Operations

• Support daily administration of Treasury Management products, including user access, permissions, limits, service changes, and maintenance.
• Track implementations, service requests, and outstanding items through resolution.
• Maintain accurate client records, documentation, procedures, and product materials.
• Support product testing, technology implementations, and process improvements.

Risk, Controls & Reporting

• Execute processes in accordance with Bank policies, procedures, and controls.
• Support client reviews, access and limit reviews, audits, regulatory examinations, and compliance requests.
• Track documentation, exceptions, and remediation items and escalate issues to the Director of Treasury Management.
• Maintain reporting on implementations, product utilization, revenue, fee waivers, and other key metrics.

Sales & Relationship Support

• Support Relationship Managers and the Director of Treasury Management with proposals, presentations, and client meetings.
• Identify opportunities to expand Treasury Management services within existing relationships.
• Support the Institutional & Private Banking team with Treasury Management execution for strategic relationships.
• Develop strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively explain Treasury Management solutions to clients.

Development & Growth

This role provides broad exposure to Treasury Management and commercial banking, with opportunities to develop expertise across Treasury Products, Payments, Deposits, Client Onboarding, Risk & Controls, Banking Technology, Pricing, Institutional Banking, and Private Banking.

As the Bank grows, the Associate will take on increasingly complex clients, products, implementations, and responsibilities.

Education and Experience:

• Banking, financial services, payments, operations, client service, or related experience preferred.
• Treasury Management experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
