Job Description:

This role works with assigned Corporate Trust Account Managers to assist with the day-to-day account monitoring and transaction processing. Serves as the central point of support to ensure that all daily cash & trade processing is completed timely, and all compliance items are received/completed, protecting the bank and ensuring superior client service to grow the business.

Depth & Scope:

  • Monitors incoming wires, ACHs and checks and makes corresponding deposits to appropriate accounts
  • Prepares/Assists in preparation of Debt Service Invoicing and processing receipt of funds
  • Monitors ticklers and makes requests for compliance items and follows up until items are received and uploaded to FileNet
  • Reviews and validates funds disbursement requests for submission
  • Assists with Periodic Account Reviews
  • Aged Fee Receivable Monitoring and follow up
  • Demonstrates critical thinking in both internal and external issue research and resolution
  • Demonstrates a commitment to being customer-centric by delivering legendary service during every customer interaction to maximize retention and growth
  • Responsible for understanding and adhering to TD Bank & TD Wealth policies and procedures
  • Executes in thorough manner that is compliant with regulations, policies and procedures
  • Responsible for fostering and contributing to a positive and constructive work environment with a focus on supporting the overall Corporate Trust team
  • Responds quickly to all client inquiries – researching and resolving issues
  • Researches and resolves any trade related issues
  • Assembles client information packets for filing and record-keeping with uploads to FileNet

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience strongly preferred
  • 1+ years of Corporate Trust experience
  • Understanding of Bond Trustee, Escrow and/or Custody products and services
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivator and creative thinker
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
