Overview
*** Project Leader / Nadcap Composites Technical Expert ***
Verify are urgently looking for a strong Nadcap Composites Technical Expert to support a time sensitive project on-site at a customer site in Morocco. The project is focused on leading an improvement initiative, ahead of a Nadcap Composites audit within approximately 90 days. The facility converts honeycomb materials into engineered core parts used in aerospace applications, including aircraft structures.
Candidates must have strong Nadcap Composites experience, ideally within honeycomb core processing, and a proven track record of managing corrective actions and audit preparation.
Skills / Qualifications Required
Nadcap Composites (AC7118)
Aerospace composites / honeycomb core processing experience
AS9100
Corrective action management and root cause analysis
Project management and audit preparation
English and French fluency preferred
The support will include:
Lead and coordinate all activities required to prepare the site for a successful Nadcap re-audit within 90 days.
Review existing audit findings and corrective action plans.
Manage and oversee implementation of corrective actions with the site team.
Ensure corrective actions are effective, sustainable and supported by appropriate evidence.
Identify and address gaps against applicable Nadcap Composites requirements.
Review manufacturing procedures, process controls and quality documentation.
Coordinate activities across Quality, Engineering, Production and site leadership.
Conduct gap assessments, internal audits and audit readiness reviews.
Support shop floor teams in demonstrating compliance with Nadcap requirements.
Prepare site personnel and documentation for the re-audit.
Track project milestones, risks and outstanding actions, ensuring timely closure.
Act as the technical focal point for Nadcap Composites matters throughout the project.
Provide on-site support during the re-audit.
Communicate progress and escalate critical issues to site leadership.
Produce a weekly report on progress.
