Houston, TX | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Heavy-Duty & Light-Duty Truck Parts Experience Required
FleetPride is looking for an experienced Heavy Duty Parts Manager to lead our parts department in Houston!
We are looking for someone with direct heavy-duty and light-duty counter parts experience who comes from a truck dealership or truck repair facility. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the parts business, knows how to work with technicians and customers, and can keep the department organized and running efficiently.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As the Heavy Duty Parts Manager, you will be responsible for leading the parts department and supporting the service center's daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and oversee the parts department.
- Source and order heavy-duty and light-duty truck parts.
- Work directly with technicians, service personnel, vendors, and customers.
- Identify and source the correct parts for repairs.
- Process parts returns and warranties.
- Maintain accurate inventory and perform inventory counts.
- Monitor parts usage and help maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Process and maintain parts-related paperwork and records.
- Use computer systems to research, order, track, and manage parts.
- Help ensure parts are available when needed to keep repairs moving.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department.
- Assist with other duties around the location during slower periods.
- Load and unload parts as needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years of parts experience in a truck repair facility and/or automotive/truck dealership.
- Direct heavy-duty and light-duty counter parts experience.
- Truck dealership or truck repair facility experience strongly preferred.
- Previous leadership or parts management experience.
- Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck parts.
- Excellent communication and professionalism.
- Strong computer skills.
- Inventory control experience.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
- Willingness to load and unload parts that may occasionally weigh 60+ lbs.
- Willingness to assist with other responsibilities around the location when needed.
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and excellent customer service.
