Description
At SixSpeed, momentum never really stops — it just shifts gears. And with new opportunities always on the horizon, we like to stay a step ahead.
We're looking to connect with talented Experiential Producers across a range of experience levels, from mid-level Producers to seasoned Executive Producers, as we continue to grow our Experiential Production team. Whether you're independently bringing ambitious brand experiences to life or leading complex productions and teams, we want to get to know you.
We're drawn to people who thrive in the thick of it — who can turn chaos into clarity, navigate the unexpected, and make big ideas happen. If that sounds like you, we'd rather start the conversation now than wait until the next opportunity hits.
THE TASK AT HAND
Depending on your experience and expertise, opportunities within our Experiential Production team may involve:
- Leading the planning, development, and execution of experiential marketing events, brand activations, mobile tours, and integrated campaigns.
- Translating ambitious creative ideas into actionable production plans, balancing vision with feasibility, budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Taking ownership of complex production challenges, anticipating obstacles, and proactively recommending solutions.
- Managing production budgets, estimates, schedules, vendors, contractors, and onsite logistics from concept through completion.
- Collaborating closely with Creative, Account, Project Management, clients, and external partners to deliver exceptional work.
- Traveling to events and activations to oversee onsite production, manage crews and vendors, troubleshoot in real time, and ensure seamless execution.
- Embracing the hands-on nature of experiential production, including travel, occasional evenings and weekends, and working in a variety of environments and conditions.
- Navigating changing priorities, evolving client needs, and unexpected challenges with confidence and adaptability.
- Building strong relationships with production partners, identifying opportunities to improve processes, and contributing to smarter ways of working.
- At more senior levels, providing strategic production leadership, developing and mentoring other Producers, creating clarity across complex programs, and helping build stronger, more scalable ways of working across the Experiential team.
WHO YOU ARE
- You bring demonstrated experiential production experience, whether that's independently owning projects, managing complex activations, or leading production teams and programs. We're more interested in what you can do than a specific title or number of years.
- You're a natural problem-solver who can take an ambiguous challenge, create clarity, and confidently recommend a path forward.
- You're curious by nature. You want to understand the brand, audience, business, and bigger objective behind the experience — not just execute what's on the production plan.
- You take ownership of your work, anticipate what needs to happen next, and proactively move work forward while knowing when to pull others in for context, alignment, or support.
- You're an effective communicator who can simplify complexity, align stakeholders, and deliver the right information at the right time.
- You understand the realities of production, including budgets, timelines, logistics, vendors, and the tradeoffs required to bring ambitious ideas to life.
- You're resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable making decisions in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
- You can move between big-picture thinking and executional details, knowing when each deserves your attention.
- You collaborate effectively across disciplines, build trust with clients and partners, and bring a low-ego, hands-on approach to your work.
- You care deeply about delivering exceptional experiences and continually look for opportunities to improve how the work gets done.
- You're willing to travel and support onsite activations as project needs require.
- At the senior and executive level, you're energized by developing others — providing context, setting clear expectations, giving actionable feedback, and helping Producers grow into greater ownership.
To be what others can’t, you have to do what they won't. We are SixSpeed, a full-service advertising agency that is employee-owned, audience-first, and built to deliver big ideas at speed. We're here to make the world's most adventurous brands impossible to imitate.
We're open to connecting with Experiential Producers at multiple levels, with compensation aligned to the experience, capabilities, and responsibilities each individual brings to the team.
Anticipated annual salary ranges by level:
- Experiential Producer: $50,000–$65,000
- Senior Experiential Producer: $60,000–$85,000
- Executive Experiential Producer: $80,000–$110,000
These ranges reflect potential opportunities at different levels, not one predefined position. Actual title, responsibilities, and compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and the scope of the opportunity. We're actively building our Experiential Production team and are open to meeting the right talent as our needs continue to evolve.
