Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk Concierge in Boise, ID, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a dynamic technology location, you will serve as a welcoming, highly visible presence for employees, visitors, and vendors. You will manage access, monitor entry activity, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide professional customer service at a front desk within a technology, media, and telecommunications location by following site-specific procedures and access protocols.
• Welcome visitors, employees, contractors, and delivery personnel; verify identification and credentials; and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, alarms, cameras, and/or communication systems from the assigned desk, reporting unusual activity through established channels.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional reception area, communicate clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, and complete required logs and incident documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
