AI/ML Engineer Specialist

We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as an AI/ML Engineer Specialist. As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions, with a strong focus on AI Agents, Generative AI, and cloud-based AI platforms. We are looking for a professional with hands-on technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving innovation through intelligent systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related technical roles
• Advanced proficiency in AI Agents and agent-based systems
• Strong experience developing and deploying Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions
• Experience leveraging cloud AI services to build scalable and production-ready AI applications
• Knowledge of Foundation Models, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience building data pipelines to support model training, deployment, and monitoring
• Strong programming skills in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and data preprocessing techniques
• Understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle management, and production deployment practices
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and contribute to strategic technical decisions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsabilities

• Design, develop, and implement Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions that address complex business challenges
• Build scalable and reliable data pipelines to support model training, inference, and production workloads
• Develop and deploy AI Agents capable of automating processes, interacting with systems, and generating business value
• Customize and optimize Foundation Models, LLMs, and Generative AI solutions based on business requirements
• Leverage cloud AI services and modern AI platforms to accelerate solution delivery
• Conduct research and development on emerging AI technologies, algorithms, and methodologies
• Develop high-performance AI solutions that meet scalability, reliability, and security requirements
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets to improve model accuracy and effectiveness
• Implement and maintain efficient storage, retrieval, and knowledge management mechanisms for AI applications
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and key decision-making processes
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
• Evaluate and communicate the business value, performance, and impact of AI solutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the adoption of AI best practices across the organization

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI & Data Solution Architecture
• Data Engineering experience, including ETL/ELT processes and data platform development
