Deep Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Terraform, Ansible and GitHub. Proven 4+ years recent experience triaging cases that come from incidents or product defects in public cloud platforms. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. * 8-10+ years of professional software and IaC development experience.Extensive experience with software development practices and design patterns. Proficiency with version control systems like GitHub and bug/work tracking systems like JIRA. Any Public Cloud Certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP. Experience in both private and public cloud infrastructure. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. Experience with test automation frameworks and tools. Knowledge of agile development methodologies. Strong skills in problem solving and leading a multi-disciplinary room
